Whenever you roast something, the leftover pan sauce can be made such divine gravy and shall never discard. here is a very quick step to make this simply delicious gravy. every time you want to roast chicken , prepare extra ingredients to make super delicious gravy to go with it.
1. Turn on the gas stove on medium high heat ,take the roasting pan fresh from the oven and put on the stove, add butter.
2. Stir in onion until translucent, add mushroom and rosemary, cook until the mushroom look soft.
3. Add chicken broth and cream at last.
4. Serve it in a gravy boat. Yum!!
