Suggest a better descriptionDissolve jello in hot water, add frozen raspberries, then cold water.
Divide jello mixture in half.
Set half aside and pour half into a 9x13 pan. Let set.
Mix together cool whip, cream cheese, and marshmallows and spread on set jello. Let set again.
Pour rest of the jello mixture on top. Chill and cut.
