Suggest a better description- Finely mince 3 cloves Garlic, and 1 sweet onion.
- Saute with 1/4 cup of olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and and crushed red pepper and dried oregano.
- Add minced onion. Saute. Them add tomato paste.
- Add both cans of tomatoes, crush them. Add sprig of fresh basil. Stir and simmer over low heat for 1 hr.
- Then add few tbsp of butter and season with salt and pepper.
