Simple quick recipe

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. Stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
3. stir in eggs and sour cream then fold in the rhubarb.
4. Pour into prepared baking dish and evenly distribute.
5. Make streusel by stirring sugar and butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in flour until mixture is crumbly.
6. Sprinkle mixture on top of cake and dust with cinnamon.
7. Bake in preheated oven until set, about 45 minutes.
