First, cut all vegetables as described...all chopped to bite size.
In a large bowl, toss vegetables with spicy sauce (Lizano).
Spread on heavy baking sheet and roast at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until just starting to brown/darken.
In a 16 L pot, combine vegetables, broth, cream and mushroom soup.
Stir in black pepper, garlic and Dijon mustard.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve with fresh crusty bread.
