Quick and easy meal.
Prepare stuffing as per package directions, set aside. Pound chicken to about 1/4 inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Spray a casserole dish with non- stick spray. Make 4 balls of stuffing around 3 inches in diameter. Place balls in dish evenly. Place flattened chicken over each ball. Fill empty spaces with extra stuffing. Ladle gravy over all chicken just to cover. Sprinkle a little paprika over chicken. Place in a 400 degree pre heated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with gravy and enjoy
