sausage, pasta and peppers what could be better?
while pasta is cooking ,cook sausage in a large pan remove and slice on the bias, set aside.
In same pan add olive oil, garlic, peppers and mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. cook till tender about 5 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes, the cooked sausage and herb seasoning stir till heated thru.
Add cream and simmer about 5-7 minutes
In large bowl toss together pasta and sausage mixture
Add green onion and parsley. Serve and enjoy.
