Very easy to make side dish and loaded with nutrition!
Cut baby bok choy into 3 equal pieces, rinse well, and drain. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Then add garlic and saute for about a minute until fragrant. Add bok choy and stir until mixed with oil and garlic. Add lime juice, rice vinegar, salt and pepper. Saute until just wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
Don't overcook otherwise it becomes soggy. Goes well with salmon, shrimp, or any other fish dish.
