Seafood Chowder with Dill
Brown bacon until crisp in large saucepan. Drain off fat and add onions and celery. Saute vegetables until soften. Add milk, cream, wine, grated potato and bay leaves. Stir and cook over medium heat until potato dissolves (about 20 minutes). Add seafood and simmer to cook fish through. Stir in dill before serving.
