Step 2: In large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes until just tender, approx 10-13 min. Stir in corn during the last 5 minutes and drain well.
Step 3: In small bowl, combine butter, garlic & old bay seasoning.
Step 4: Place potatoes, corn, shrimp & sausage in a single layer onto greased baking sheet. Gently toss with butter mixture.
Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and corn is tender.
Step 6: Serve immediately with lemon wedges & sprinkle with Parsley.
