Quick and easy Shrimp Boil - Just as delicious but no news papers, bags or clean up!
Source: Jennifer Moore
In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook potatoes until just tender - about 15 minutes. Let cool, the quarter the potatoes.
On a sided baking sheet, add the butter, cut into slices, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, corn, shrimp, sliced kielbasa and potatoes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place into hot oven for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque. Store half way through cooking process to blend ingredients.
Serve hot with crusty bread to dredge through the cooking juice!
Can be served with rice, noodles, more vegetables, fruit, etc. Or, it is great all by it's self!
To save time, purchase peeled, deveined shrimp. The cost out weighs the time spent peeling shrimp. I use frozen corn instead of corn on the cob - not only is it more tender but it is available year round.
