Suggest a better description1 Preheat oven to 180°C/fan-forced 160°C and line a small rectangular baking tin with baking paper.
2 Whisk together banana, milk and egg in a large bowl.
3 Add flour, protein powder and baking powder and stir to combine.
4 Pour into prepared tin and scatter over strawberries. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden and cooked through.
5 Cool for 5 minutes then remove from tin and cut into equal portions.
6 Divide between serving plates and drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
