Suggest a better descriptionCombine shrimp, goat cheese, onions, breadcrumbs, ginger, pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mound shrimp mixture into mushroom caps, place on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Garnish with green onions. SERVE warm.
