In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, creole seasoning, horseradish, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
Transfer remoulade to a footed dish. Place dish in center of serving plater and arrange shrimp around the dish.
Garnish as desired.
