Easy bacon recipe that everyone always loves. Great right out of the oven, or later as a snack. The slow cooking really brings out the bacon taste.
Preheat the oven to 225. Place thick cut bacon on a single row on a baking pan. Sprinkle half of the Splenda on top of the bacon. Place in the oven and cook for an hour and a half. Remove from the oven, turn the bacon over and sprinkle the remaining Splenda over the bacon. Return to oven and cook for an additional hour. Remove and enjoy. Depending on how thick your bacon is, you may have to adjust the total time in the oven. Deli sliced extra thick bacon could add as much as an extra hour.
Make sure to use the thick cut bacon.
