The easiest carnitas you will ever make right in the crockpot, cooked low and slow for the most amazing fall-apart tender pork goodness!
1. In small container, combine chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Season pork with spice mixture, thoroughly coating all sides.
2. Place garlic, onions, orange juice, lime juice and seasoned pork into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
3. Preheat oven on high broil setting.
4. Remove pork from the slow cooker and shred on a large baking sheet. Add 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup juices from slow cooker and place in oven for 5 minutes. Repeat this step until desired crisp (stir mixture and add juices from slow cooker as necessary).
5. Serve immediately
