1. Slice open bagel and toast, if preferred.
2. Spread cream cheese on bottom half of bagel.
3. Top cream cheese with desired amount of capers, onion, and 1 to 3 slices of tomato, depending on size of slices.
4. Add 1/3 of the smoked salmon, and close with top half of bagel.
Easiest to eat when then sliced in half, but this is personal preference.
