Yummy ginger cookies from Amy
1. Cream together butter, shortening and sugar until light coloured and fluffy.
2. Beat in molasses and eggs.
3. In another bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda, and spices. Blend thoroughly.
4. Gradually mix into creamed mixture until the dough is blended and smooth. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip tops in granulated sugar. Place 2 1/2 inches apart on parchment.
5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
