Let the dough relax for 10 min. The start kneading for at least 10 min.
Let the dough proof for 3-4 hours after that pull it out and gengly fold it into itself forming a ball. Place a towel in a round bottom bowl flower it very well and place the dough after being flowered in the bowl upside down. Proof it for 4 h at room temperature or in the fridge over night.
Preheat oven at 230 C, place a baking bowl to be preheated. Place the dough in , score it with shaving blade, cover the baking bowl with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 20 min after that remove the lid/foil and continue baking for another 20/25 min.
Pull the bread out and cover it with 2 towels and let it cool slowly.
