Suggest a better description1. Combine butter and cream cheese. Sift flour and baking powder.
2. Combine cream cheese mixture with flour, water, vinegar. Work dough with floured hands. Set aside.
3. Heat oil over medium heat. Add pork, onion, and garlic. Cook 5 mins.
4. Add chile, tomato, and seasonings. Simmer 10 mins. Adjust seasoning. Cool mixture before making empanadas.
5. Roll out dough 1/8” thick, 3” circles. Place spoonful of filling, fold over and seal.
6. Heat deep fryer to 350.
7. Fry until golden brown.
