Suggest a better descriptionCook spinach in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients but jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well with a metal spoon, sprinkle jack cheese on top.
Place in the prepared casserole dish & bake for 30 minutes. Keep warm pver a low flame.
Spread some of the mixture onto a flour tortilla and sprinkle some bacon ontop. Place 2nd flour tortilla ontop and place in microwave for a minute and a half or until cheese is melted and tortilla's are stuck together.
Cut into 4 triangles and serve. Enjoy
