Brown cubed stew meat with seasoning salt, meat tenderizer, pepper and 1 clove of garlic.
After browning, add onion, bay leaf, bullion, tomato sauce, garlic clove and water. Simmer on stovetop for 30 min.
Add carrots, potatoes and cornstarch and simmer an additional hour.
