Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta shells. Sauté chicken 8-9 minutes, cool slightly, and chop into small pieces. Warm cream and garlic in saucepan until steaming, whisk in butter until melted. Add 1 cup grated Parmesan, 2 teaspoons pepper, and 2 Tablespoons parsley. Increase heat and simmer about 10 minutes until reduced to 1 cup. Stir in chopped chicken and remove from heat.
Fill each shell with 1 heaping Tablespoon of chicken mixture. Place shells in oiled muffin tins and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Broil shells about 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
