Suggest a better descriptionCombine oil, soy sauce, ginger and mustard in bowl. Place cut pork in bowl and let sit for awhile. Pour pork mixture into skillet and brown for 6 minutes; add onions and cook for 2 more minutes. Add pineapple and bring to a boil. Stir together remaining ingredients and add to skillet. Stir until thick and smooth (2 minutes). Serve over rice.
