Peel and slice sweet potatoes and boil for 10-15 minutes, until soft. Drain water and mash. Add sugar, salt, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well and pour into a casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix topping ingredients together and spread over top of mash potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
