Marinate pork in oil , Chinese wine, rice vinegar, corn flour.
Prepare other ingredients.
Hot oil fry garlic with pork until cooked.
Add pineapple and light soy sauce.
Cook until pineapple soft
Add spring onions and coriander
For egg rice,
Add two dashes of sesame oil to eggs, make omelet .
Top omelet with warm rice and roll.
Serve with green beans
