Cut onion and pineapple slices into eighths. Add to meat. Cook another 10 minutes. Blend cornstarch with sugar, vinegar, shoyu, and pineapple juice. Add to meat. Stir constantly until thickened. Cook 5 minutes longer. Add extra salt and pepper if necessary.
