Suggest a better descriptionBoil shells, drain and run cold water over to prevent sticking. Mix sugar and vinegar in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in oil and soup, mix well. Combine shells, diced veggies and dressing. Mix Well. Let stand to marinate at least 20 minutes, best if left over night.
