2. Place chicken in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Sprinkle minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper over chicken. Top with a slice of cheese.
4. In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream and milk.
5. Pour over chicken.
6. Toss crackers and butter together.
7. Sprinkle over chicken.
8. Bake, uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and crumbs are golden.
