The packets have ingredients that I can't pronounce. This seems like a healthier option and includes basic spices that are always in my cupboard anyways. Make a lot and store in airtight container.

I will often multiply ingredients by 5 or more and keep in my pantry for a quick grab. Good with shrimp, chicken, and just about anything. Getting the right consistency may take adding a few tablespoons of water and lightly dusting with flour in the cooking process. It will thicken slightly as it cools.
