Cook chicken in oil, and prep sauce.
Chop chicken, then return to pan with onions and some sauce.
Put chicken and onion to the side while eggs are cooked in same pan.
Rinse Rice Noodles in cold water, then let sit for 8 minutes.
Heat wok with 1/2 cup water and cook noodles in it. Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and continue to cook noodles.
Add chicken, onion, eggs, and sauce to noodles, and stir-fry to combine.
