Yummy grilled fish eaten in grilled corn tortillas,
topped with sour cream, avocado chunks & black
olive slices!
Thaw fish. Non-stick spray 12"x12" foil. Peel & dice 2T onion,
place onto sprayed foil. Seed, dice or thinly slice
sweet bell peppers, placr on top of diced onions,
place thawed talapia. Sprinkle tiny pepper, powdered
ginger, garlic & powdered onion.
Fold foil horizontally, close one end doubly.
In open end, pour 2T lemon juice, close end. Grill til tender,
approx 5 minutes over medium flames.While grilling,
slice black olives, peel, pit and chunk avocado. During last minute of
grilling, grill 2 corn tortillas.
One talapia fillet makes 2 tacos, topped with grilled
onions,avocado chunks, sour cream & black olives.
Drink with unsugared no lemon iced tea!
