A tart with tomatoes and mustard. A typical summer dish from the south of France.
- Preheat the oven on 180°C
- Cut the tomatoes in thin slices
- Put the tomatoes with some salt in a sift to draw out excess water
- After 10 minutes put the pâte feuilleté in a tart dish, spread the mustard on top, and put the tomatoes.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
