Suggest a better description1. use one whole chicken 3-1/2 to 4 lbs. Remove giblets from chicken. Trim excess fat. Rinse chicken under cold water.
2. Rub chicken with vinegar and sprinkle seasoning over entire chicken, inside and out.
3. Fill the “Tipsy Chicken” cooker with liquid (Example: lemon juice, wine, beer, etc. )
4. Place the chicken over the “Tipsy Chicken” cooker. Note: For easy clean up spray the cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Build an adequate fire in the Bar-B-Que pit. Cook in a closed pit for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. Depending on size of chicken and fire in pit. Note: it may be cooked in the oven at 350 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Depending on chicken size.
If cooking on grill--try indirect heat.
