Tomato Sauce
1. Peel and dice the onion and the garlic
2. Chop the bacon and the tomatoes
COOKING METHOD:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon. Add the onion and garlic
and sweat
2. Deglaze with the wine, then add the remaining ingredients
3. Season and cook on low heat for ~1 hour
4. Pour into a blender and liquidize. Depending on the desired use
the sauce can be strained or left as is for a more rustic style
5. Adjust seasoning as desired
