Given to me by my cousin Jane Weaver
Make a well in dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Mix by hand. Pour into prepared muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 large muffins
or 24 small muffins
or 48 mini muffins (bake these 14 minutes)
