Suggest a better descriptionPeel and slice the potatoes (not too thick not too thin)
Rince the potatoes and dry them out
In a deep pan add a good splice of sunflower oil. Be generous.
Add the potatoes at high heat for 10mins (stir often)
Salt the potatoes (might require quite a bit of salt)
Lower the heat for 30mins, stir from time to time
Add chopped garlic
While the potatoes are cooking, cut the cheese in small cubes
Add the cheese when the potatoes are cooked
Let the cheese melt
Correct seasoning
Last attempt had too much oil and I had to remove some at the end or the potatoes were too oily
The potatoes will mash when too cooked, so can reduce the cooking time next time
Can use goose fat instead of oil next time
