Add salt, baking powder and flour and mix well.
Roll dough out on a well-floured board until very thin. Cut in 1-inch wide strips. Drop in hot chicken broth and cook until done.
Add turkey/chicken, salt, pepper and milk. Simmer until slightly thickened.
