Turkey Balls with Onion and Cucumber Served with Cooked Rice
Mix salt and pepper with the ground turkey the make into balls. 1 package (40 oz) of Jenni-o turkey will make 60 balls
Brown the meat balls in the olive oil. Once browned pull to one side of pan and add onions. Continue to cook onions until they are slightly carmelized, then pull that to the side with the meat. Add Cucumbers and cook for one minute add the Aromat seasoning and Paprika, mix all of the contents in the pan.
Continue to cook until meatballs are done then serve with rice.
A serving will consist of 6 meatballs and 1/2 cup of white cooked rice.
