2.U jednoj ciniji rukama pomešati sve sastojke za cufte(luk protisnuti kroz onu stvar sa protiskivanje luka)
3. Smesu podeliti na kuglice podjednake velicine
4.Kuglice uvaljati u prezlu
5.Prezlave kuglice ubaciti u tiganj sa uljem(ulje pokriva dno tiganja i kada se kuglice ubace treba da im bude do oko pola)
6.Okretati cufte dok ne budu pržrne sa svih strana. Paziti da ne dodje do stvaranja pukotina
7.Izvaditi ih i staviti na suvo
Sada ide saft
8.Ulje sipati u šerpu(tako da pokriva dno ali ne previše)
9.Staviti luk i krckati dok ne pusti aromu(oseti se miris)
10.Dodati brašno i mešati. Smeša mora da bude homogena, bez grudvica.
11.Dodati alevu papriki i mešati.
12.Dodati soseve od paradajza i mešati.
13.Dodati vodu i so dok se ne dobiju željena gustina i ukus(treba da bude glatko i slano sa aromom paradajza)
14.Ubaciti cufte u saft i ostaviti da se kuva 30-ak minuta
