Preheat the oven to 350. Grate the zucchini and press out the water with a paper towel. Mash the banana in a bowl and add the zucchini. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Use a cookie scoop to make 12-14 cookies. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 12-14 minutes.
