This is a hearty cookie for the winter season.
-Preheat Oven to 350*F.
-Combine maple syrup, canola oil, peanut butter, and vanilla in bowl. Add flour and mix to combine. Form batter into tsp-sized balls of dough with hands.
-Put on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the tines of a fork across the top of the cookie to make perpendicular imprints.
-Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Place on wire rack and allow to cool completely.
