I recently tried this recipe and it was really good. Everyone else liked it too so I hope you enjoy it!
1. Add the flour and salt to a BIG bowl and stir in the sugar, yeast and oil. Add water until you have a soft dough.
2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for ten minutes or until you have a smooth, stretchy dough.
3. Shape the dough on a baking tray or into a tin and leave to rest for 30 to 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C .
4. Bake for 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 200 degrees C and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow if you tap it.
Then.... Hey presto! A perfect loaf of bread!
