Yelapa style banana pie
Bake crust according to instructions.
Preheat oven to 350.
Line pie crust with bananas.
Whisk eggs, milk, condensed milk and vanilla seeds.
Slowly pour milk mixture over bananas to fill pie.
Bake until edges are set and center is still slightly jiggly - about 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove pie from oven and let cool.
If desired, sprinkle sugar over top of pie evenly and caramelize with a kitchen torch.
