Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
(Make 2 hours early and sit on counter until you are ready to cook - should come out of oven and go right on table)
Put fat - pan drippings or crisco and put in the oven while it's heating up.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and put in the hot pan.
Put it in the oven for 25 minutes - do not open the oven!!!!
Take it out of the oven and serve immediately.
