Knead for 3-5 min
Rest for 30 min
Liberally oil 9 in round cake pan
Knead for 5 min
Pour into cake pan
Cover and proof for 1-2 hours
Preheat oven to 400F, add container with water for steam
Spoon tomato sauce gently in 4-5 places on top of dough
Drizzle olive oil over dough
Convection bake with steam for 20 minutes
Convection bake without steam until top is golden
